  • We are currently developing small business parks that are highly sought after both by investors looking to buy and retain and also tenants who want to rent and operate a business from them.

    Joint Ventures (JV),

    we currently partner with an architects firm which helps us source land for development. We build small 8-24 unit commercial business parks. The units are highly sought after both to rent or buy.

    Typically we source land pre-planning, the architects then do all the work to deal with the planning officers and gain planning on a site. The site will not be purchased until planning has been approved. We are looking for Joint Venture partners to part fund the acquisition of the land once planning is obtained.

    A typical example is as follows. Land cost £1m, we part fund by 40% and we raise 60% from joint venture partners. We then obtain 100% development finance to develop the site. The site can then be offered for sale to investors and investment funds. These projects provide a very strong return to investors on the funds deployed i.e. the 60% put into the project.
